Where does your stock come from?

Our luxury lines are sourced directly from the designer brands themselves, or from authorised distributors. Everything we sell is brand new, with the exception of our stunning Louis Vuitton collection which is vintage.


How do I create a Brand Outlet account?

Creating your personal Brand Outlet account allows you to unlock the most from our luxury store experience and and you’ll be among the first with access to our hottest news, coveted new collections and outstanding offers.

How do I change my personal information?

You can update your personal information whenever you need to. To modify your details, 'sign in' to your account and amend your personal information via the 'Your Account' section. 


Shipping information:

We know you will want to flaunt your coveted purchase as soon as possible, which is why we endeavour to ship your order as quickly as we can. For every order placed before 2:30pm we will aim to despatch the same day using next day deliver for just £5.95. We currently offer a pre-paid returns service. If you decide you do not want to keep your order, simply follow the instructions on your Brand Outlet dispatch note and send any items back using our tracked Royal Mail returns service. For more information please click here.


Why is it not possible to receive an exchange from Brand Outlet?

Our team of buyers only purchase our desirable designer pieces in limited quantities, a process that ensures we can continue to offer you the best possible discounts. Unfortunately due to high demand and limited stock, we are not able to provide exchanges on any item bought from Brand Outlet.However, if you return your item to us undamaged and in a saleable condition we are more than happy to offer you a full refund.

What packaging will my Brand Outlet order be delivered in?

All purchases are packaged with the utmost care and attention. Each item is luxuriously wrapped in tissue with Brand Outlet tags, before being placed inside a box or courier bag to keep them safe and in top condition until they arrive at your door.
